RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you wish to return your item(s) to us please contact us via email: support@urbanbasement.co.uk
Returns are at the cost of the customer not Urban Basement.
Urban Basement only stocks the highest quality authentic brands and we make it a priority to check every single item before we dispatch the order to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR PIT TO PIT BEFORE CHECKING OUT.
Any Items that you would like to return must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn with original tags still in place (if applicable) in order for us to issue a refund.
We cannot accept any returned items that do not meet the criteria listed above.
All correctly returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.
We advise all customers to check items thoroughly on delivery of goods, before removing and disposing of label/tags.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus postage costs) up to the point of dispatch. If you change your mind after we have dispatched your order please follow the returns policy listed above.
